Box will include 2 premium steaks, 4 pounds of ground beef and either stew meat, tenderized cutlets, crosscut short ribs, chuck roast, soup bone or fajitas. Beef will be vaccum sealed and frozen for long lasting freshness. All of our beef was born and raised on our ranches. They are pasture raised then finished on a corn ration for superior marbling and flavor. THIS ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING! Local pick up or free delivery to San Antonio and surrounding areas.
