1/4 Cow (Steer) Now Available
Our quarter cow yeilds nearly as much as most others 1/2 cow. Current quarters available will yield approximately 150 pounds of frozen vaccum sealed beef. All of our beef was born and raised on our ranches. They are pasture raised then finished on a corn ration and dry aged for 21 days for superior marbling and flavor.
What you can expect in 1/4 cow:
- 7 Ribeye Steaks 1" (Boneless)
- 3 T-Bone Steaks 1"
- 3 New York Strip Steaks 1"
- 1 Filet Mignon/Tenderloin 2" (2 per pack)
- 3 Sirloin Steaks 1"
- 1 Fijitas (Approx. 2 1/2 pounds per pack)
- 5 Tenderized Cutlets (4 per pack)
- 4 Chuck Roasts (3-4 pounds each)
- 5 Tenderized Arm/Chuck Steaks (2 per pack)
- 3 Stew Meat (2 pounds per pack)
- 1 Baby Back Ribs
- 6 Short Ribs (4 per pack)
- 3 Shank Steaks/Soup Bone (4 per pack)
- 1 Brisket (1/2 Brisket)
- 65 Ground Beef (1 pound packages)
