1/4 Cow (Steer) Now Available
Our quarter cow yeilds nearly as much as most others 1/2 cow. Current quarters available will yield approximately 150 pounds of frozen vaccum sealed beef. All of our beef was born and raised on our ranches. They are pasture raised then finished on a corn ration and dry aged for 21 days for superior marbling and flavor.
What you can expect in 1/4 cow:
- 7 Ribeye Steaks 1" (Boneless)
- 6 New York Strip Steaks 1"
- 3 Filet Mignon/Tenderloin 2" (2 per pack)
- 3 Sirloin Steaks 1"
- 1 Chuck Eye Steak
- 1 Fajita, Flank or Bavette
- 5 Tenderized Cutlets (4 per pack)
- 2 Chuck Roasts (3-4 pounds each)
- 1 Loin Tip Roast
- 1 Tri-Tip or Picanha
- 1 Tenderized Arm/Chuck Steaks (4 per pack)
- 2 Stew Meat (2 pounds per pack)
- 1 Baby Back Ribs
- 2 Short Ribs Flanken Style (4 per pack)
- 3 Short Ribs Thick Cut
- 2 Osso Bucco/Soup Bone (4 per pack)
- 1 Brisket (1/2 Brisket)
- 65 Ground Beef (1 pound packages)
