It's grilling season! Here's a box with ground beef, crosscut short ribs and 1/2 a brisket for the pit. 5 pounds of ground beef 4 packages (approx. 8 pounds) of crosscut short ribs, 4 to a pack and half a brisket (approx 7 pounds) Makes 15 third pound burgers, 16 ribs and moist sliced brisket. A C91burger is 2nd to none, so juicey and flavorful when cook to perfection. If you are unfamiliar with the crosscut short ribs you must give them a try. Season them to taste and cook them how you like, I prefer medium. Very few of ours make it to the dinner table. We snack on them straight off the pit, so delicious!
