1/8 Cow (Steer) Now Available
Our 1/8 cow yeilds 75 pounds of frozen vaccum sealed beef. All of our beef was born and raised on our ranches. They are pasture raised then finished on a corn ration and dry aged for 21 days for superior marbling and flavor.
